This ensures our tenants have a clear indication of their monthly costs and can budget accordingly.

All properties on our books are HMO compliant and registered with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) as suitable student accommodation.Should a maintenance problem arise, our dedicated maintenance team will address the issue immediately.

Established in 1993, Knockmany Property Maintenance has over 25 years experience in the construction and maintenance industry. We offer wide-ranging services to the domestic householder, landlords, and businesses; these include minor works such as:
